Because the Skins/Snyder set the market way, way to high for #2 wr's.
So we would have had to sign a 2nd tier/ 2nd wr, at 1st tier/ #1 wr prices.
A no win for the Bears, Angelo, and us fans to be burdened with another huge
wr contract.
