You have to include Lloyd because undoubtedly they agreed on multiyear terms
before spending two picks on him.
Face it, the WR FA market was not very deep this year.
Yes, there was a natural increase, but that doesn't mean you spend $4M a
year on a guy who isn't worth it just because the cap money is there.
