Tom,
I just can't take seriously this level of complaining after only one
preseason game. Maybe after the 3rd game... maybe... but, my god, man, it's
only pre-season, and the 1st game to boot.
I guess I would much rather them continue their mountain making from mole
hills, rather than bemoaning key players out with season ending injuries at
this point.
For me, though, I just trust this coaching staff to take care of football
preparedness. I don't think Lovie's forgotten who we play in that season
opener and what he's staked his reputation on concerning that particular
opponent.
Angelo? Yeah, we both agree that he's not the perfect GM... but whether
by good fortune, pure accident, or blind friggen luck, I think he's managed
to put together a pretty good football team. I guess I'll wait to see if it
all falls apart in the regular season before I start ripping on it.
