[CBFF] Here we go again. What am I to think?

Though my confidence was rocked as well, I'm still going with Rex as the
starter. 1) we all saw the Great Rex, the Awesome Rex, the clutch Rex.
He's still in there, somewhere. When the 'great' Rex finally re-emerges,
the Bears will be unbeatable.

2) We don't have to have the 'Great' Rex this year to win... we just need
the good Rex (see Jets game).

3) The guy has good thru hell to just finally get to play a whole season.
He's working thru 3 seasons worth of inconsistent play (that virtually all
rookie QB's will have in that time span) at an accelerated pace. I have to
agree with Tom, and though it *IS* a leap of faith, I also think he's hit
bottom and ready to rebound.

4) Pulling him for Griese, though might show an improved offense over the
coarse of the rest of the regular season, it's also a leap of faith that he
can lead the offense in the playoffs. He was let go from his previous team
for a reason.

5) In Rex do I trust, till death do us part.....

Go Bears!!!!!!!
