For my part: end of story.
I think Tank engaged in dangerous behavior that, for at least the press
swarm it created, was detrimental to the team and its image. So a one game
suspension seems about right. I do think he's an irresponsible parent for
having 6 killer pit bulls and loaded guns around his daughters. He need to
reexamine his enthrallment with dangerous living, dogs and guns being, it
seems, just the tip of the ice berg. But I applaud the Bears for dealing
with the situation both punitively and compassionately, trying to help Tank
get his life straightened out. Counseling is undeniably appropriate,
especially with the loss of his friend.
For both him and the Bears I hope it works.
We'll need him for the play offs.
