I agree, knock them out for all of the times they have made us look
like a pee-wee football team in the past. I think that if we don't
play up to the rivalry, what is the point of the game. I always hated
teams that just barely showed at the end, because then what is the
purpose of the game at all? Isn't the whole point of sports that
people come to see the game and be entertained? Plus we need to keep
some kind of edge going into the playoffs. We have already shown how
the Bears can just kind of lower their drive for certain games during
the regular season, and we cannot afford to do that in the playoffs.
And in all my years being a Bears fan, there has never been a
worthless Bears-Packers game to me. Gee, guess that makes me a
meathead. Oh well, I would rather be a meathead who takes pride in
EVERY game, and not just the ones that "count". In my opinion if you
are going to do anything, do it to your best ability. And we saw what
resting Grossman did for us last year in the playoffs...
