[CBFF] CT: Bears give Hillenmeyer 5-year extension

I was just curious because HH hasn't really been considered the long
term answer at SLB, now a 5-year deal. I realize most NFL contracts
are not guaranteed beyond the first couple years but the move
surprised me.
