I was writing from the standpoint of not knowing the contract details.
And yes, now that I know more about the contract I agree that this is a
good signing to keep HH on board. This fits somewhat to the NE model of
having solid backups so there isn't too much of a dropoff to the second
stringers should you need to plug them into the lineup. Plus you can
spell players easier to keep the starters fresh. We already do this
plenty with our DL.
