[CBFF] CT - Bears sign final 2 picks (Hot damn!)

Not only have I never seen something like this happen early, I can't
help but wonder if it reflects a philosphical change in how JA
approaches draftees.
I'm just besides myself knowing all of our picks are signed so far in
advance of camp.
