My thought exactly.  I think Manning has the talent to step in right away
and contribute as a STARTER.

You guys can correct me but I'm nearly certain that I read somewhere
speculation that Rivera was unhappy with Harris.  That Manning was drafted
as to give an opportunity to replace him.
