[CBFF] MLB-TV versus NFL Field Pass

Everything is pretty much all on cable these days so I can't see that
*and* expanded use of pay-per-view for games. The only exception I can
see is perhaps an "a la carte" version of NFL Sunday Ticket where you
can pick certain games to watch. For that to happen the league will
have to completely restructure their broadcast strategy to get around
the networks' exclusive rights within the home markets.

As it stands I think they reach the most households possible and make
a huge stack of cash so I don't see any change in the foreseeable
future.
