[CBFF] MLB-TV versus NFL Field Pass

Not just the networks.

If the a la carte were available, DirecTV would lose its cash cow, and 
they're paying the NFL a bundle. Not going to happen anytime soon, 
unfortunately. I would so pay $10 for a Bears game that's not airing here.
