[CBFF] Ranking the WRs and TEs, team-by-team

Personally, I feel it all falls on Moose's shoulders this season to lift the
rec'g corp up on his shoulders and be the leader with them.  If we see a
replay of last year, we're in trouble.. IMHO.

He's my biggest concern for this team, not counting the possible hold-out
situation.
