[CBFF] Ranking the quarterbacks, team by team

Even taking out Culpeppers ints.  He blew his knee out so I seriously doubt
he would have made the PB.

You say minus the turnovers like it's minor. Minus the turnovers Culpepper
and Favre would have been in the Pro Bowl last year.
