If?  If??  IF they want to go back to the playoffs?!?  Why, because Detroit, Minny and GB are all breathing down our necks, and if we make a single mistake they'll jump on us to the tune of a three-game division lead?
   
  I think the blurb should have read "want to ADVANCE IN the playoffs," rather than "want to go back to the playoffs."  We're going back.  It's more a matter of whether we're going back as a feared contender, or just the default winner of a weak division.
   
  As to the relative rankings, yet again the NFC East is overhyped and overrated...

We are behind the Seahawks (1), Panthers (5), Cowboys (7), Redskins
(10), and NYG (11) in the NFC. Damn, looks like we're going to have to
