One could argue that the previous year's defense was marginal and improved 
simply with another year of seasoning and more health.

Last year's offense had serious health issues at every position. Bring them 
back with a year of playing together and perhaps we see very different 
results.

The main thing, I think is WR and TE. If Turner plans to use his TEs at 
blocker, as has been repeated ad nauseum, and not find them much in the 
passing game, then it wasn't a need. If either of the WRs who got hurt comes 
back and produces and Berrian produces like he ought to, that also will not 
be a need. The only other need on offense is linemen for the future, but 
Denver has done a superb job of buying older free-agent linemen and making 
that system work.
