I'm dismissing him because I think he's over-rated.  As I said, if he
can't put-up respectable numbers when his QB is having a fantastic
year, why would we think he's going to "breakout" in an offense that
ranked near the bottom of the league last year?

If the Bears want to take a chance on him, that's fine, so long as it
is a minimal reduction to their cap number.
