[CBFF] NBR: Salisbury sailing into 'MVP booth

I don't tolerate North.  I turned him off years ago.  And by the sound
of it, Carmen and Silvy were kickin' his ass.  I think Mike North is
the most overrated radio personality of last century *and* this one.
