[CBFF] Manning charged with assault

He might not have traded down since he wouldn't have needed to get that
extra 3rd.  I would have loved to see Lewis or Jackson in a Bears uni then.

Lewis/Jackson and Manning/Hester for the first 2 picks would have been very
nice.
