Random Observations:

1) Grossman should have been benched mid way thru the 3rd quater. To
say he was awful would be an understatement.

2) The front defensive 7 got killed with the same 2 running plays, cut
back off takle or right up the gut inside the dt and de. The front 7
got manhandled including both are "stud" lb's

3) Gage is NOT an NFL reciever. Not having Berrian exposes the depth
behind him and Moose. Davis is a fine slot wr.

4) Hester looks to be hit or miss as a returner, clearly the scouting
reports about his intelligence appear to be correct.

5) On 2nd and one yard or less-THROW THE DAMM BALL!! Bad play calling.

6) Jason Taylor is a great player, but would it have been possible for
someone to block him. Just asking.

7) The thought occured to me that maybe the Bears really aren't that
good and playing in a weak conference masks their weaknesses. Just a
thought.

8) We saw Steve McMicheal in the box behind us and he stood up and
flashed the Super Bowl Ring, way cool.

9) The road trip scares me as they could come back 7-3 or 7-4 very easily.

10) Badly officiated game.

11) It was my 1st regular season game in the new stadium and 1st home
game since a home opener vs the Vikes in the early 90's. The place
looks great inside. Big thanks to our silent list member Sheryl Enders
for the ticket.
