Phil you've hit the issue on the head. The big runs did not occur with
Brown because once a back got past the front seven Brown was usually
there to meet him. He had a knack for knowing which hole the back was
coming through. Plus he's one of the surest tacklers in the NFL. That's
two big strikes against his replacement(s).
