[CBFF] How long till the love for Lovie?

I believe the contract was extended before the incident, but it wasn't officially signed (with the Panthers declining to match) until the next day or so afterwards.

Phil DeNomme <pdenomme at gmail.com> wrote: So it's one's word vs the other. Did anyone else say that RMJ called him a
faggot and jew? How come we don’t hear witnesses?? Hell, there had to be
someone that saw what happened. We don’t hear ANYTHING from witness
reports. And why don’t we hear about what happened to provoke this? So RMJ
just decided he's doing to be the shit out of some dude for shits and
giggles? Doubt it.

The fact I do know is that the DA said RMJ wasn’t involved in the
unconscious beating. I'd like to think that the DA would know more than us.

If all he did was call him names and shove/slap him, that doesn’t justify
suspension. It's wrong and stupid but not suspension worthy.

Btw, wasn’t the contract signed before this? The article said it was signed
after.
