I dunno about this. When was the last time the Bears used a tag like that? 
Spellman?

Players have to accept that the Bears are very conservative in their 
approach to re-signing people, but they also know they get treated fairly at 
free-agent time. Rosey got to go free, Parrish got to go, etc.
