There's a lot more to it than age. How much do you think he's been coddled 
his life? When was he forced to grow up?

I give him this year and the first three or four weeks of next year. Rookies 
have a lot to learn, and if he's learning game skills over social skills, 
you can't fault him. After that, he's a pouty headcase.
