[CBFF] Bears place Brown on injured reserve

Damn. Not unexpected, but there was a glimmer of hope since we're early 
enough in the season.

I'm not too too concerned over his loss. There are several other 
playmakers on this D and as long as they stay in their gaps they'll be 
effective. We lose intangibles and Brown's tackling ability but we have 
10 more regular season games to get this thing working at it's best.
