[CBFF] Bears place Brown on injured reserve

I have seen nothing from Todd Johnson which leads me to believe he's
even close to being as good as Mike Brown.
I think Chris Harris has much more talent than Johnson. On the other
hand, I'm guessing that Johnson may know the defense better since he's
been around awhile--and he's been practicing--so they may go with him.
Either way, I see a drop off. I'm not sure how much it matters though.
