[CBFF] ST: Watts enters picture at receiver

Please, please, please no Charles Rogers!  He's Randy Moss and T.O.
but WITHOUT the production and he gets hurt easily.  We've got enough
walking wounded wideouts that we don't need another.

If JA feels he needs to go and grab another receiver, I'd rather he
grab this Watts fellow over Rogers.
