[CBFF] ST: Watts enters picture at receiver

Roger's biggest reputation is for being lazy. He is not focused on his
routes, the playbook or training. He has the athletic ability to be a good
player, but he has not shown the dedication to get there. This is kind of
a bad character guy by example. He also has had some off the field problems,
but I don't think those alone would be a huge concern. I don't think
I would take a chance on him when you add in his injury history.
