Couple things....you have the bears losing to Miami but credit them with the
win. Lol. " *Prediction: *Dolphins 20, Bears 17, OT. *Record:* 7-1."

Also...

"*Prediction: *Bears 24, Giants 12, Bears 10. *Record:* 8-1."

Lol. Brain fart there? The bears are so good they have 2 scores? One for
first string and one for 2nd? :-p

Otherwise, me likey. :)

 Behr's '06 game-by-game forecast I'm gonna use the Sun Times Artical (
http://www.suntimes.com/output/bears/cst-spt-sked07.html ) to run thru my
season predictions. I occasionally have included the Suntimes comments to
comment on

*September 7, 2006*

*WEEK 1 AT GREEN BAY PACKERS *

3:15 p.m. Sunday. *TV: *Fox-32. *Radio: *780-AM.

A good chance that Favre gets knocked out of this game, or at least pops a
few Vocodine by the half.

*Prediction: *Bears 24, Packers 14. *Bears' record: *1-0.

*WEEK 2 DETROIT LIONS *

Noon, Sunday, Sept. 17. *TV: *Fox-32. *Radio: *780-AM.

Actually, a very close contest.

*Prediction: *Bears 13, Lions 10. *Record: *2-0.

*WEEK 3 AT MINNESOTA VIKINGS *

Noon, Sunday, Sept. 24. *TV: *Fox-32. *Radio: *780-AM.
<<The Vikings' Brad Childress, a Marmion Military grad, is the third
straight first-time head coach the Bears will face in as many weeks. If you
think the Bears' receivers are undermanned, check out the group Brad Johnson
has to work with. Ex-Bear Marcus Robinson appears to be the Vikings' No. 1
target>>

And yet, you pick them to lose?? Poppy friggin cock. This is a huge
payback game for the Bears after they handed the gimmie to the Queens at the
end of last season, acting as if it was their Superbowl, and taking the
Bear's #1 'D' ranking away in the process. The Bears will put a huge hurt
on the Purple.

. *Prediction: *Bears 28, Vikings 17. *Record:* 3-0.

*WEEK 4 SEATTLE SEAHAWKS *

7:15 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 1. *TV: *Ch. 5. *Radio: *780-AM.

Huge game, no doubt. But the Bears won't lose this one at home.

 *Prediction: *Bears 17, Seahawks 14. *Record:* 4-0.

*WEEK 5 BUFFALO BILLS*

Noon, Sunday, Oct. 8. *TV: *Ch. 2. *Radio: *780-AM.

This will be a much closer game than anyone expects, coming down off the
high of beating the seahags and looking ahead to a dangerous 'Zona, there
will be a real possibility for a trap game here. But Lovie gets them focused
just enough.

*Prediction: *Bears 14, Bills 13. *Record:* 5-0.

*WEEK 6 AT ARIZONA CARDINALS *

7:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 16. *TV: *ESPN. *Radio: *780-AM.

Bears Hate Mondays.

*Prediction: *Cardinals 17, Bears 10. *Record:* 5-1.

*WEEK 8 SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS *

Noon, Sunday, Oct. 29. *TV: *Fox-32. *Radio: *780-AM.

Not nearly as close as last year... and the Bears will be coming off a bye.
Look for the rout at home. I'll go with what 'he' said.

*Prediction: *Bears 31, 49ers 9. *Record:* 6-1.

*WEEK 9 MIAMI DOLPHINS *

Noon, Sunday, Nov. 5. *TV: *Ch. 2. *Radio: *780-AM.
<<In their run through the AFC East, the Bears first encountered Jauron. Now
they'll see the man GM Jerry Angelo first wanted as Jauron's replacement:
Nick Saban. The sticking point in that deal came down to the Nicktator
wanting complete control of the roster and all things personnel, more or
less. That would have left Angelo out of the picture, so he said no. They're
still good friends. Miami closed 2005 with six straight wins. This season
will give an even better indication of how doing it Nick's way works.>>

Yadda, yadda, yadda... blah, blah, blah... Bears show them how to play
defense, and kicks their ass for the '85 Bears

*Prediction: *Dolphins 20, Bears 17, OT. *Record:* 7-1.

*WEEK 10 AT NEW YORK GIANTS *

Noon, Sunday, Nov. 12. *TV: *Fox-32. *Radio: *780-AM.

This guy has the Bears getting blow out? Pu-leaaaassse. I figure the Bears
will win 2 out of 3 on their East coast road trip, but they won't lose this
one. Eli's still learning lessons, and the Bears D will teach him a good
one this game.

*Prediction: *Bears 24, Giants 12, Bears 10. *Record:* 8-1.

*WEEK 11 AT NEW YORK JETS *

Noon, Sunday, Nov. 19. *TV: *Fox-32. *Radio: *780-AM.
**

They won't lose this one either.

*Prediction: *Bears 21, Jets 10. *Record:* 9-1.

*WEEK 12 AT NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS *

Noon, Sunday, Nov. 26. *TV: *Fox-32. *Radio: *780-AM.

If this was at home, it might be a different story, but NE's too tough for
a tired (of the East Coast) Bears team.

*Prediction: *Patriots 17, Bears 10. *Record: *9-2.

*WEEK 13 MINNESOTA VIKINGS *

Noon, Sunday, Dec. 3. *TV: *Fox-32. *Radio: *780-AM.
With

Sweep #1... and the offense starts to gel.

*Prediction: *Bears 35, Vikings 10. *Record:* 10-2.

*WEEK 14 AT ST. LOUIS RAMS *

7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 11. *TV: *ESPN. *Radio: *780-AM.
<<The Rams could be a surprise team-turned-contender by this point, thanks
to a few nice defensive additions in linebacker Will Witherspoon and
cornerback Tye Hill. Their offense, now under the direction of former Bears
quarterbacks coach Greg Olson, remains high-powered with Marc Bulger at
quarterback and his aging but still-speedy wideouts. Running back Steven
Jackson could have a monster season going. >>

WhatEVER dude. Bears D is fast on grass, but a blur on the fake stuff. And
the Bears run it down their throats.

*Prediction: *Bears 24, Rams 13, *Record:* 11-2.

*WEEK 15 TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS *

Noon, Sunday, Dec. 17. *TV: *Fox-32. *Radio: *780-AM.

Down in Tampa, I say the Bears would be ripe for a loss, but having in
Chicago saves their day. What 'He' says sounds about right.

*Prediction: *Bears 17, Buccaneers 13. *Record:* 12-2

*WEEK 16 AT DETROIT LIONS*

Noon, Sunday, Dec. 24. *TV: *Fox-32. *Radio: *780-AM.

The Bears have locked up their season and can breath a sigh of relief, but
they still have HFA throughout the playoffs and will win a close one.

*Prediction:* Bears 17, Lions 15. *Record:* 13-2.

*WEEK 17 GREEN BAY PACKERS *

Noon, Sunday, Dec. 31. *TV: *Fox-32. *Radio: *780-AM.

Bears should have nothing to play for (and I've personally witnessed what
that's all about in last season closer), while Farve, after being pounded on
all season, has finally come out and said he's retiring. That,
unfortunately, adds up to one last victory against the Bears in Favres last
game.

*Prediction: *Bears 7, Packers 17. *Record: 13-3 HFA*.

--------------------------

Basically, I predict the Bears to Kick some Football Butt this year and earn
the respect that is so obviously lacking.
