[CBFF] Refs

Yeah, maybe the offensive interference was a bad call, but it wasn't like
they were taking points off the board.  They still were out of scoring
range, and the Bears were up to the challenge of stopping them.  All in all,
because if that INT call, I'd say the ref'g was equally bad for both teams.
