Sorry....  may sound heartless... but if I really thought that TO did
actually try to take his life and it wasn't a huge stunt and or tactic to
get gobs more attention and or to get out of playing football (which it
seems like he really would rather not do this season), then I might...
*might*... feel a little sympathy.

But I'm not gonna get sucked in just yet.  You all know what we're in for in
the next couple of weeks, don't you?  It's gonna be a *EVEN MORE* (which is
a staggering thought) all TO all the time.  I sick of hearing about it
before it even gets cranked up.  After two week, *I* might be the who give
suicide a try.  (Picture the old lady in 'Airplane' who hung herself.) Just
when the spotlight should be on the Bears and Seahawks and all the other
great match-ups and teams out there.....  it's, instead, back to 'look at
me!! Look at me!!"


Tell me... how did he end up at the Emergency room when he was supposedly
intent on passing away from the OD?  Could it be he took the pills... waited
just long enough... but not too long... to call someone... to make sure he
made it without any fear of actually doing the final deed?  I know... I'm
cynical has hell here...but AFAIC, he needs to get a little more serious
about getting the job done before I buy into it.
