[CBFF] Another drug issue

Here's the story

A relevant quote, "Both officials said Kiel admitted
to financial difficulties when interviewed by agents."

He was repackaging cough syrup and shipping it to
somewhere near his hometown in Texas. Apparently cough
syrup is used with other drugs to get different
results and sometimes mixed with pop for a drink
called "lean."

Pretty weird.
