They had one set up real well but Jones twitched right before causing a

To be honest, the reason they don't do it is because they suck at it.  But
your point is well taken in that I still ultimately hold Turner responsible.
While I give him credit for not trying to do something that the team isn't
capable of doing well, I don't see any excuse for not being able to do it
well - especially since they couldn't do it well in 2005, either, and he had
an entire offseason last year to fix it.

Very disappointing, actually.
