[CBFF] ESPN - Hester earns perfect speed rating in Madden '08

At the convention on the reel they play over and over on the hotel 
televisions, they would refer to him as the windy city flier.  I'd never 
heard that before, but when they would replay radio broadcasts of the game 
or comcast clips, the Bears announcers were calling him that.  I like it, 
too...pretty cool
