[CBFF] Pacman suspended FOR THE SEASON; Henry gets 8

I've read a report that said Jones responded after the announcement with a (paraphrased) "No comment, I want to cool off for a few days before I speak."

I've also read that the commisioner wants to speak to Tank after he's served his time to determine what, if any punishment will be meted out. There's also the matter that Tank is only in jail for a probation violation, there still might be something coming down for the actual gun charges.

I  don't think Tank will get as much as Pacman...or maybe I should say I hope he doesn't.  

His violations, while deplorable and idiotic on his part, were not as severe nor were they as plentiful as Jone's.  He wasn't accused of beating a woman's head against a stage for daring to keep the dollar bills he threw to her and other strippers on the stage.   While there was a murder involved when Tank was out partying like an immature idiot when he should have been home with his wife and kids, it was a member of his posse that was shot and not a member of his posse that DID the shooting (as alleged in the Jone's incident).  Tank is serving some time in jail, yes.  But to me it seems like he's paying  his debt to society, he is seemingly remoursful and seemingly sincere in changing his ways and straightening out his life.  To me, he doesn't deserve a full year suspension, like Jone's got.  he definately deserves to be suspended for a length of time, but not the entire season.  Now, IF he were to screw up again, then I'd be on the bandwagon to kick his a$$ out for life.  

Tank has come out and confessed that he was wrong, that he made terrible mistakes...while Jones, it would seem, is still looking to put the blame on anyone but himself.  I haven't heard any statements from him since this suspension was handed down, have any of you?  I'm curious what his reaction has been.  In one article his mom talks about he isn't being treated fairly..."I just pray that this can be changed. This is not fair for him. It's just not fair."  Really, it's not fair for poor Pacman??  Give me a break, lady!!!  Is it fair to the bouncer who is now in a wheelchair for life because one of his thug friends decided to pull a gun!!??  Your kid is a thug and if he doesn't straighten his a## up he's going to be the one in a body bag or a life sentance in prison...  The woman needs to wake up and smell the coffee!!  

speaking of coffee...I need another cup so I'll step down from my soap box now.   we are in the middle of a spring snow storm here, kids are out of school and driving me nuts already!!!!
