I would, too, but until Jones has actually been charged with this crime,
isn't it reasonable to maintain some presumption of innocence?  I mean,
people do things everyday and are not caught.  But how certain can the
league be of him doing something like that if the criminal justice system is
not (or at least not yet)?

Or am I missing something here?
