[CBFF] Pacman suspended FOR THE SEASON; Henry gets 8

Teri, this is an irrelevant discussion, because while I totally agree with
you in theory, you couldn't possibly know how you would react if your son
committed a quadruple homicide. You'd probably be one step from the loony
bin.

My thing about the mom is chances are Pac Man is good at talking his way out
of things. That's probably how he's not in jail already. He's clearly got
his mother convinced that he's been framed and the cops are staking him out
looking for excuses to take him down.

P.S. I'm right there with you on this "no consequences" crap. This warm and
fuzzy stuff is good for nobody in the long run. It just produces spoiled
brats. Just like all these science fairs I've been taking photos of with no
winners, no prizes, no judging. Everyone is good, everyone tried hard, yay.
I'm sorry, but when I worked my ass off to build a telescope as a
kindergartner, I tried harder than a hell of a lot of kids there and
deserved recognition of that.

In my own humble opinion, there are too many parents who try to coddle their
children and make excuses when they screw up and cry how it "isn't fair to
punish junior, he's a good boy deep down..."
