I'm fairly sure that at least some of the facts are clear. Having said
that, I'm not entirely sure that once charges are filed in the cases like
the one in Vegas, things might not get worse for Jones. In other words, he
might well already be getting punished with the presumption of innocence in
those cases and based upon only the established facts in things like police
reports.
The other problem might well be that Jones didn't show much remorse in his
interview with the commissioner. He didn't seem to show a great deal of
sincere remorse in media interviews afterwards. This interview with the
commissioner apparently carries at least some weight.
