[CBFF] Best #4 pick of all time

Montana had Rice for his whole career, plus a decent RB and line for much of
it.  Payton had nobody for most of his.  The score would not have been 46 to
10 in the SB had the Pats decided that the one guy they had to stop to have
any kind of a chance to win the game was Payton.  They threw everything at
Payton and neglected the rest of the Bears offense.

Let Montana wallow with a team as thin on talent as Payton did and then
let's see if he puts up HOF numbers....
