[CBFF] Walker's Contract

If I am reading this correctly (and maybe this is just ambiguity which I am
reading incorrectly), he will earn $2M this year plus $8-9M in bonuses giving
him $11M of a $25M contract this year. This means the remainder should average
about $4M/yr. This likely is designed to leave plenty of money in the DT pool
for Harris next year and beyond...
