I believe there is supposed to be an increase of the cap next year.

Good point, Tom. But I wonder, where is this money coming from? Are the
Bears essentially capping what they might pay Harris, or heck, even Rex if
they extend him? I see those two (potential) long term deals as more
important to the franchise (and thus worthy of the money) than hedging their
bets if things get too pricey in the Harris (or Grossman) negotiations.
Does Angelo expect an exorbitant increase in the cap next year or what?
