Tom and Steve:
   
  I was interviewing a newpaper repoter for the live broadcast I stream over the internet on Thursday's and he talked a bit about the cap.  Seems we were still a few million under this year and there will be about $15 Mill added to the cap nest year.  
   
  In all, I am thrilled with what the Bears have done keeping us under the cap that there
  is probably room for a few good men to get signed next year.
