Interesting article.   Suppose Rex had stepped up a little more often and that had 
  led to him running just twice per game istead of throwing the ball away.  Then go 
  one step further and say he throws just two fewer int's because he was not throwing off
  his back foot.
   
  His QB rating would have been a far more respectable 80.9, not the 73.9 that was his 2006
  number.
   
  I am predicting a 14 point increase for Rex this year.
