Leaving the scene.

Ask Pac Man if he has to be convicted for anything before the hammer comes
down.  Leaving the scene implies that he was hiding something, odds are he
was hiding that he was intoxicated.  Goodall can, does, and will rule on
what he feels the 'odds were'.
