See, there's where you're failing to understand the situation, at least
they way I see it. *Everyone* doesn't have to go for it. Only Goodall. And
here's where I believe Briggs might get more than what your typical first
time DUI player would get; He tried to cover it up by running. Goodall
hates being lied to, and I believe he hates dishonesty in general. I think
he'll perceive the leaving the scene a very dishonest act by someone who's
trying to avoid the consequences of his actions.
