 Chris.... It's not about what the police will/can do, it's about what your
employer has set up for their rules of conduct and behavior.  You could
argue that this occurred on private time, but I think the league has shown
that when it comes to their rules and regs, there is no private time....
it's all company time.  You have to look it in terms of employer / employee
and not the legality issues of it.....

It's not illegal for me to walk around with only a pair of shorts on.... but
I bet I won't have a job too long is I wore them into work, or, more to the
point of this issue, I dressed that way in proximity to my employer's
clientele, who knew me.  You don't think the company would be looking to
sanction me in some way to make sure I don't embarrass them again, or cut
ties altogether??
