[CBFF] Rex

A few of Wards big runs came when there was a WIDE open hole and no one in
sight. It's amazing what an OL that actually opens up hole can do to an
average back.

I'm not sure, but I think McGowan I saw him tackle and I know I didn't see
him flailing at the line of scrimmage while the RB danced around/ran through
him. Archuleta was beyond awful.

Ward is a good running back, and most of his yards came when he reached the
edge - I'd have to look at it, but I bet the safeties got caught too close
to the line to get Ward early in the run. The CBs didn't help at all and
were easily blocked - were they getting more yards McBride's way? CBs are
important at shutting down outside runs in the cover-2 and they were easily
taken out of all the running plays.

Yes. And the run defense was definitely lacking. I'm not saying Archuleta
was a better choice. But the Bear safeties are definitely under achieving.
