Carr's definitely done, but I think Losman is too much like Rex - he'll make some incredible throws, but he'll also make some really dumb decisions. He also runs around too much, it hasn't bitten him too bad IIRC, but it's definitely a bad trait.
We'll see Anderson as the year goes on. I thought he was a flash in the pan too, but we're almost 3/4 of the way through the season and he's still looking pretty good.

This is what I was saying in the long drawn out thread from last week.
Rex won't cost much and Anderson will command a lot, and what's the
cost benefit there? Far too unknown.

This is an interesting group, especially Losman and Carr, younger guys
who a lot was expected from a couple years ago. Losman's QB rating was
11 points higher than Grossman last season. He'd be an interesting
option. Carr, OTOH is mostly done. I guess he got knocked around too
much while getting sacked multiple times per game down in Houston.
