[CBFF] Anybody else catch Hub tonight?

These were Hub's main critisims of Lovie:

1 - He's not a great tactician of the game; not a huge Xs and Os
emphasis with Lovie.

2 - He's an average game manager, at best. He's had a number of clock
management gaffes and he doesn't make necessary adjustments throughout
the course of a game.

3 - He's stubbornly married to his scheme and philosphy for football.
As such, when he got his new deal, he brought in people who wouldn't
challenge his football worldview.

This is my thing with Lovie. If he's got the personnel that allows
his scheme to flourish, he's a very successful coach. In that context
he knows what it takes to win games. However, if he doesn't have
players who are a perfect fit for his players, instead of adjusting to
accommodate what his roster can do, he forces the issue by sticking to
what he thinks will work best, even if his roster isn't capable of
pulling it off.

He simply needs to learn to take what his roster gives him.
