This whole year has been that chance.  Injuries took away what this
roster was set-up to do and instead of game planning according to his
"new" roster's strengths, he sticks with the formula that worked when
his starters were healthy.

It's hard to compare the Bears to the Colts, but I will give them
credit for what they've accomplished this year in spite of losing key
players, pro-bowl caliber players (e.g. Freeney, Harrison, etc) to
injury.
